Yanki is the Co-Founder and Principal Lawyer of Gur & Gur Law Professional Corporation, where she leads a forward-thinking family law practice in Toronto. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, completing a rigorous program at one of Turkey’s most prestigious institutions, before advancing her expertise at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she obtained her Master’s in Canadian Common Law.

Now, as a Barrister & Solicitor in Ontario, she is recognized for delivering practical, strategic solutions across all areas of family law, including separation, parenting disputes, property division, and litigation. Yanki also serves as a Board Member of the Turkish Canadian Lawyers Association and is an active member of the Toronto Lawyers Association. Clients and colleagues alike know Yanki for her sharp analytical insight, her ability to simplify the most complex legal challenges, and her unwavering dedication to ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and in control.

Ozgur Gur is the Co-Founder of Gur & Gur Law Professional Corporation and practices exclusively in criminal law. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and later obtained his Master’s in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. Ozgur completed his articles at the Milton Crown Attorney’s Office, where he worked as an intern prosecutor and gained substantial experience in criminal prosecutions, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy. He also serves as a Vice President of the Turkish Canadian Lawyers Association and is an active member of the Toronto Lawyers Association, reflecting his commitment to professional leadership and community involvement.

As a Barrister & Solicitor in Ontario, Ozgur is known for providing strategic, disciplined representation across a wide range of criminal matters, with a focus on careful analysis and practical solutions. Clients value him for his calm demeanor, meticulous preparation, and unwavering dedication to protecting their rights at every stage of the criminal process.

Helin graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Criminology and is currently working toward attending law school to further her career in the legal field. At the firm, she supports family law matters and plays a key role in the preparation, management, and organization of legal documentation, ensuring that every detail is in order to support clients through often challenging times.

Ayse graduated from Boğaziçi University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Western Languages and Literature. She has a growing interest in the legal field and hopes to pursue a paralegal education as she continues to build her career. At the firm, she supports criminal law matters through the careful organization and management of legal documentation, approaching each file with diligence and attention to detail.
